Celebrated California duo, The Weepies, is an indie pop-folk band fronted by married singers-songwriters Deb Talan and Steve Tannen. Their pretty, catchy, intuitive folk-pop songs have been described as "subtly intoxicating folk-pop". They have mastered the combination of everything that makes a song great. Their music is filled with intuitively poetic lyrics, calm and easy vocals and hooks so catchy you sing along without realizing you're doing it. A majority of their songs are about love and relationships, but Talan and Tannen tackle the age-old art of the love song with some of the most charming, earnest lyrics and melodies available. Be My Thrill is the fourth full-length album released by The Weepies and was released on August 31, 2010.
